Tree's Foot Foundry (domain name treesfootfoundry.co.uk) is the website of K S Houghton. K S Houghton is a sole trader, trading as K S Houghton. All items offered for sale on this website are offered for sale by K S Houghton. All information on this website is provided by K S Houghton.  

Before placing an order/making a purchase, please familiarise yourself fully with any item you are intending to purchase. In the interest of both clarity and safety, please also read the important and useful information contained in the 'Customer Information' section. Placing an order/making a purchase, will be your acknowledgement that you have done so.

When you have paid for an item and I accept and receive full payment then I will carefully package it and  have it delivered to you - usually by the use of a well known third party courier. Where possible, I will insure the item for its delivery to yourself, either through the courier, or a separate insurance company. I will endeavour to keep you informed as to the progress of your order. Given the nature of some items, particularly the larger/heavier goods delivered in large cases or on pallets, it is essential that you make all necessary arrangements to safely take receipt of the items when they are delivered by the courier. If you do not receive any item you should contact me without delay. (contact@treesfootfoundry.co.uk) In the event of any item arriving damaged, failing to arrive, being unavailable for dispatch/supply or if I am unable to supply an item for whatever reason, then any liabilty on my part will be limited to a refund of the value of your initial purchase price only.  I reserve the right to politely decline any order that you place.

Having placed the order, if you change your mind and decide that you no longer want an item, it is essential that you email me without delay to avoid needlessly packing and shipping the item and the considerable expense that this may incur. The importance of this cannot be overstated. (contact@treesfootfoundry.co.uk) If the item has already been dispatched, then we will need to discuss its safe return. The expense of returning any item where you have changed your mind will be met by you, the customer. Before you return any item, you will need to confirm with me that I will be available to take receipt of it on the date that it is due to arrive back to myself. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to securely re-package any items in their original packaging and case and/or pallet and to have it securely delivered back to me, together with proof of purchase within one month of you receiving it. Only once I have taken receipt of the returned item, in good order and in its original packaging, will you be refunded by your original method of payment. If any part of the order is missing or damaged or the original packaging and/or case/pallet etc. is missing or damaged, then an appropriate charge will be made for this. As such it would be in your best interest to insure in full, any items with your courier/insurance provider of choice. Getting the item back safely to me is your responsibility. A refund cannot be issued on returned goods that do not arrive back to myself. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
